May 2011 News Foreclosure Auction A foreclosure auction of delinquent weeks will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 10, 2011, at Southcape Resort & Club. December 2010 Owner News A new law was passed in the Massachusetts Legislature this year that affects your rights as an owner. In short, non-judicial foreclosures are now permitted in the state of Massachusetts. This will allow for a quicker and less expensive foreclosure process that will benefit all parties involved, including in particular, Associations that are negatively and financially affected by a backlog of delinquent weeks. Fall 2010 Area Attractions Fall is a wonderful time to vacation on Cape Cod. Enjoy warm days and cooler evenings, without the summer traffic! Interesting things to do on your fall vacation: Sample some Cape Cod wine on your vacation! Truro Vineyards of Cape Cod are getting ready for their fall harvest. The vineyard, which is offering 13 different wines this year, has free daily tours of the property, and wine tastings are held every half hour. Hours: Mon. – Sat., 11a.m – 5p.m. & Sun. Take a free tour of Cape Cod’s only microbrewery and learn how beer is made. Must be 21 to sample. There is always something interesting happening at the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History. This month you can attend a bird banding demonstration. Learn why bird banding is important and you may even be invited to release a bird after it has been banded.
Take a leisurely drive down 6A, and experience the Cape Cod of an earlier time.
